My Tough Guard Dog - Jessie T. Wolf
My Tough Guard Dog|
He looks so doofy playing with that doughnut toy! I know it's because his play looks so much slower... I'm so used to how fast and hyper Taffy is, she'd be flying all over the place. I forget that some dogs aren't as much of a 'coiled spring' as she is, even at nearly 5 years old. It's cute! XD
He's growing into a nice lookin' boy. Out of curiosity, have you had his knees checked at all during any of his vet visits (considering you wanna work him)?

I can't believe that Taffy is almost 5! O___o Seems like just yesterday you got her. How time flies. :) I wonder how Taff and Jango would get along? He's a big wimp, so I'm sure Taffy would love pushing him around. :-P
I got his hips x-rayed, but not his knees and elbows yet. I asked about it when I got his hips checked, but the vet said he wasn't too worried about it, that in general his body posture and joints seem good so far. I'll probably look more into it when I can afford it. Right now I still owe the vet $1,200. O___x I'm going to be starting some art auctions pretty soon, to raise a bit more money.
Yeah... scary eh? She'll be 5 theoretically this April... where the hell did the time go?
I'm sure they'd get along with proper intro's. As long as he doesn't take offense to girls who play rough... lol

Nah, he's a rough player himself, he's just so heavy he knocks other dogs over without even trying. He's got a chest like a cinder block. I'm trying to find him a friend who has the same energy level and power, because as much as he loves playing rough with Tobias and Mojo, those two are wirey, lanky, lightweight dogs, and can't take too much of his clutsy abuse. :-P He doesn't understand how strong he is. The scary thing is that he's a *small* Rottie, only weighing in at about 80lbs so far. I somehow think he's not going to get too much bigger though.
